@HavellsCare360 pls check ref no 08112325744177 and 12102325138690 since 12/10/2023. In 2 months, parts have not been replaced and fans are making unbearable noise. One exhaust fan blades automatically fell down while running, luckily no one was injured. Really disappointed.
@HavellsCare360 we bought over 20 fans, exhaust fans for our new home. Almost 30% of them developed problems in less than 3 months. Complaint for 2 fans are pending for over 2 months (in warranty period). The quality of fans is pathetic and customer service is worse. 1/2

@airtelindia having airtel broadband connection (black) at home. Everyday, randomly the internet connection vanishes for a 8-10 hrs at diff times. Tech says u have to bear with it for a few days. Team is working on it. Already 15 days. Does it take so long for u ? @jagograhakjago
@JioCare The line was up yesterday at 8pm after our office hrs. We called customer care thrice who said no manual intervention was possible before 7 hrs pass. Ridiculous. It does not take 7 hrs to reflect IMPS payment. Mockery of digital payments by the largest telecom co.

@JioCare It seemed to be a deliberate attempt not to reactivate the connection after the payment was made for the maximum tat i.e. 7 hrs. We lost lot of manhrs, reputation and deadlines for a mere 1000 Rs. bill paid late. No reminders from ur side. Who will bear the loss ?

@airindiain not refunding the amount despite several reminders. Their last email was on Feb 07, 2021 where they confirmed the refund within 3-4 weeks (Ticket Nos. 2133106113,/14 /2133106269). No refund recd yet. 15 weeks and counting. @DGCAIndia
