It is now past that time. No call. No update. No explanation.

My car has been with your service centre for 12 days after a safety-critical brake failure. It took 5 days to share a one-page report with no logs, no data, and no transparency. Since then, there has only been silence and pressure to proceed with insurance.

If even a publicly committed callback time is not honored, it raises a serious question: are customers being taken for granted once the vehicle is in Mahindra’s custody?

I am still waiting for the promised call and the written response with diagnostic logs.

Legendary singer Asha Tai Bhosle was invited to attend the Concluding ceremony of Sangh Shiksha Varg – Dwitiya on June 5 at Reshimbag, Nagpur. She has written a heart warming letter to Param Pujaniya Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohanrao Bhagwat expressing inability to attend the same due to ill health.

Asha Tai wrote, “I am deeply grateful to you for inviting me to the concluding ceremony of your Sangh Shiksha Varg – Dwitiya, both personally during visit to my home and later, formally as well. Though I had a strong desire to visit the Sangh headquarters to see the karyakartas who will be trained to dedicate themselves to national service and witness this programme firsthand, regrettably, I am unable to do so due to ill health post recent return from America. The doctors have advised me to rest. Therefore, despite making all the necessary preparations, I have to cancel this visit with a heavy heart.”

Asha Bhosle gave her best wishes to the Sangh work. She further said, “I have already conveyed my goodwill and feelings about your entire work. Sangh Swayamsevaks and their work is a great support and ray of hope for the glorious future of our great country. I convey my sincere best wishes for the Sangh work and assure cooperation with the best of my capacity. I have the sincere desire for a meeting in person once I recover from ill-health, hopefully it will be fulfilled soon.”

To this, Sarsanghchalak assured her of meeting again soon and gave best wishes for a speedy recovery.
