@ShopandShip
I recently had a package delivered to your U.S. address through Shop and Ship, but I didn’t realize the address had changed. The item was delivered to the old address. Can you please advise on how I can retrieve or redirect my package? @Aramex Qatar

Had a bitter experience with your Director of Admissions and her office staff today. My family was insulted for asking for redressal for an NRI admission issue. Kindly advise whom do we take this up with? #annaunivesity #nri #admissions

@AskPayPal I have received a message that my account is permanently limited. Writing to customer service resulted in a cold and unhelpful response. A seller was to give me a refund and he advised me to opt to receive it via @PayPal . The result is my account is limited.

An Extract from PayPal's Customer Service. Is this Helpful?

I would like to stress that the decision cannot be appealed. For this reason, we recommend you to go for another method of payment. Please note that we do not have a view of the exact reason for the refusal as the .

@Uber_Support Thank you for your response. It's not helpful. Not everyone has a Twitter account to reach you. When the rider contacts you directly from the app, you don't respond for days on end. The rider is left in lurch. I don't understand why @Uber and @Uber_Qatar are not serious about it.

[Balaji @aviniyan]

@Uber It's around 10 days. @Uber_Support stopped responding. @Uber_Qatar seems not to care about the seriousness of the issue. It may be one account you carelessly locked. What if @Uber_Support closes more such accounts unfairly? Won't it hurt @Uber? #unlock

[Balaji @aviniyan]

@Uber_Support She has replied to the mail she received a few days ago. There is no response to her from @Uber_Support . It's two weeks and the account is still locked. @Uber @Uber_Qatar

@Uber_Support There was a mail from Uber in response to the request for unlocking the account. My wife had to provide information going back to the start of the issue till date. We are awaiting your response. We hope the issue will be fixed soon.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to join Lewis Howes as a guest on The School of Greatness podcast. In this episode, we discussed the importance of inner work when pursuing mastery, how to answer tough questions using silence and solitude, and more. https://t.co/0rkogUEJkN

@Uber_Support Provided response to your message. Please check and #unlock the account. It's been more than a week since it was locked. I am following up almost every day on Twitter. @Uber_Qatar @Uber .

[Balaji @aviniyan]

@Uber_Support Thank you. I have sought clarification. Please check and let me know.

[Balaji @aviniyan]

@Uber_Support Thank you. I have sent the required information as a DM.

@Jussri Yes. I hope the @ChennaiAirport new terminal opened today addresses this need. If not, I am hopeful that the awareness you created prompts the right action. Thank you.
