@DGCAIndia@MoCA_GoI@Pib_MoCA I have not received the compensation as per the DGCA rules.
I have just received the Goodwill voucher by Indigo. Is this some kind of joke on indian tax payers?
@IndiGo6E
Here is also the screenshot of promise from Indigo.
@MoCA_GoI I think, I deserve to know the resolution date or at least the date by when I will get the response.
Because last time @IndiGo6E asked for PNR details on DM and then never responded to it. @jaagograhakjago
@IndiGo6E Give my compensation according to DGCA norms for cancellation of flight on 5 December. I have already sent the PNR number to your personal message inbox 2-3 days ago.
SCAM ALERT for @IndiGo6E passengers! 🚨
Publicly, IndiGo claims their ₹10k vouchers for stranded passengers are "in addition to" Govt mandated compensation.But privately, the email forces you to "Waive ALL rights to additional remedies" just to click Accept.
Which is it, IndiGo?
@IndiGo6E@RamMNK@MoCA_GoI I am entitled to the statutory refund/compensation under CAR Section 3, Series M, Part IV AND the "goodwill" vouchers you promised publicly.
@IndiGo6E Stop forcing passengers to sign away their legal rights just to redeem your PR promises.

@IndiGo6E@RamMNK@MoCA_GoI The Trap:
1. DGCA mandates cash compensation for cancelled flights.
2. IndiGo's PR says: "We will give vouchers + DGCA compensation."
3. IndiGo's Legal Email says: "Clicking 'Accept' on vouchers is a FULL SETTLEMENT and you waive all other rights."
This is a bait-and-switch
@IndiGo6E Hey @IndiGo6E, Your public statement says these 10k vouchers are "in addition to" DGCA compensation. However the email link forces a "full and final settlement" waiver just to accept them. Please clarify why I must waiver my statutory rights to claim it. @DGCAIndia@MoCA_GoI
@Cleartrip@airindia
The ticket got cancelled due to significant delay by Airindia. How can I initiate a full refund from Cleartrip.
The reference number is 7K38W8.
@Cleartrip@Cleartrip You claim the fee is for "real-time support," yet now say it's "consumed at booking." If the flight is cancelled, your "seamless" journey failed and support was never fully rendered. Retaining this fee is an unfair trade practice. @airindia@DGCAIndia@jaagograhakjago
