@zomatocare@zomato I ordered extra large veg whopper from Burger king on Mar 10 with order id 7881815368 but they sent veg whopper Deluxe. I reported the issue immediately and shared both bill and item image but your customer support did nothing and closed the chat.
There is no way I can speak to your customer service and explain the issue. This is nothing but cheating and I am not going to order anything through zomato now though I am using it for last 3 years. There is no point if you cannot help in resolving this type of issues.
@amazonIN Also why you have made it so difficult to call your customer service as it always suggests to use chatbot which is of no help as it shares the same info which is already available. Looks like you don't want your customers to talk to your support person. Why? Please do the needful
@amazonIN I returned the item in order 403-7448209-2573903 on May 18 and it was picked up on next day but I am still waiting for the refund as it is lost in transit. I called your customer service on May 30 and he promised that I will get my refund sooon but I am still waiting.
@makemytripcare@makemytrip I have paid rs 2 lakh for my bookings and looks it is lost now. This is the case when Singapore visa is issued in 2 days. It seems you guys are intermediary and not authorised visa consultant as I am getting only standard reply from your call center people.
@makemytrip I booked Singapore visa through your app on Mar 21 and till now there is no progress. Worst there is no option to reach customer care for visa support as I tried calling you multiple times and your people told me that they are transferring my call to concerned team
@makemytripcare@makemytrip I haven't received any call from you till now. Now I don't trust MMT for any visa requirements in future also as there is no way to connect with your visa consultant to know the status. My travel date is April 14 and till now no clue when I will get my visa.
@makemytripcare There is no way to connect with your visa consultant directly and there is no transparency when it is filed as you are not sharing any reference no so that we can check directly with embassy
@bigbasket_com Refund should be automatic if something is not delivered and your customer service should bother about how come vendors marking order as delivered without delivering anything. It is happening frequently now a days.
@bigbasket_com Your vendors are marking order as delivered without delivering anything like today, not a single packet of milk is delivered though I have subscribed for 4 packets daily. Customer service is satisfied by just refunding the amount with multiple follow ups.
@EurekaForbes Please let me know when can you address my complaint as there is no point in following up with you daily and getting standard reply. Don't you have any SLA to address the complaints?
@EurekaForbes I have water leakage problem in aquaguard and logged complaint yesterday but till now no one visited even after 24 hrs. When I called assigned technician, he told that everyone is on leave today because of rain. Is this the way you serve your customer?
