Bus broke down near Esteem Mall at around 11:00 pm. Passengers are waiting on the roadside. It is almost 1:00 am and no replacement vehicle provided till now.

1. When I was 17, I was consumed by the thoughts of what would my friends think If I failed the IIT exam. Will they ever talk to me?

2. When I got a kick-ass job, it was all about impressing my boss and colleagues.

3. Then came the grad school, where the reference point was the folks I met during the orientation week.

Today, I don’t even remember the names of most of my workplace peers or the people I met during the orientation of my #MBA program.

These folks were very important to me when I was spending a lot of time in their proximity.

The fact of the matter is - we are local animals, interested in our immediate neighborhood.

If you live your life to seek validation from others - you will die each day.

I don’t think you should care about what others in your immediate neighborhood think of you.

Have a core group of trustworthy people in your network, everyone else, and everything else is noise. ❤️
