And yeah after a while I found a way to chat with their AI slave, who was very strict with me. They say I could reach an agent, but had already spent more in time than the fine. Just no more Lyft for me - watch out for them - they are tricky.

I have just learned to avoid Lyft.
They cannot be communicated with a complaint.
They play a game with sending codes,
but then refuse them.
I want to dispute a charge and there is no way to do it.
No more Lyft for me.
Time to delete the app.

Do not take advantage of their return when you use a Lyft for train or plane trips. If you schedule a return pick up, they only care about the time not the arrival of the flight or train and will fine you for missing the ride if the train or plane is late. Rip off policy!
