Sometimes I question the lack of messaging presented in the 7 day Tropical Weather Outlook. In the first place, it looks like an advisory cone, so many immediately think it is where a storm will track. Second, it is for development potential over a long time frame, seven days. There is little specific time reference implied in the graphic except, somewhere between now and seven days from now, a tropical cyclone might form somewhere in here.
I think it would be more useful, and beneficial, to indicate what time the development is more likely to occur and where. There is certainly enough skill in the models to paint broad brushes of development potential with respect to time. (Colors only represent time intervals and do not imply intensity).
For #Jamaica, #Hispaniola, and the #CaymanIslands, subtle details of Hurricane #Beryl's trajectory during Monday and Tuesday could determine whether a direct hit occurs.
Plotted below is the current satellite image and some of the major 12Z model forecasts. So far Beryl is basically on track, but hurricanes naturally wobble and track predictions are not perfect. Any northward nudge that persists through Tuesday would increase risks to the northern Caribbean. Be prepared just in case a track shift occurs.
Robin Williams, for every movie he filmed, asked the production company to hire at least 10 homeless people to have jobs. During his entire career, he helped around 1520 homeless people.
