@bettorlaw The AGCO could regulate the DFS sites insofar as they provide services to Ontario residents, but that should not reasonably impact whether or not Ontario residents can, say, join a tournament with non-Ontario residents. Is there another section that applies? 2/2

When Parliament debated Bill C-217, the prospect of it the bill being used to abolish DFS was never raised in the committee reports or during debates.
