What makes PiVerify different from the world's leading KYC companies?
-----
When people think of KYC, they usually think of companies like Jumio, Onfido, Sumsub, Veriff, Persona or Trulioo. PiVerify offers most of the basic features provided by these platforms:
✅ Verification of identity documents.
✅ Liveness detection.
✅ AML control and sanctions.
✅ Periodic identity verification.
✅ Duplicate account detection.
However, PiVerify stands out in three main ways.
1. Sybil's resistance is the focus
Traditional KYC platforms primarily verify identities to meet regulatory and compliance requirements. PiVerify, on the other hand, is specifically designed to detect and prevent individuals from creating multiple accounts to commit fraud, manipulate systems, or claim rewards multiple times. This meets a major need both on Web3 and on many digital platforms.
2. Built on Pi Network's proven KYC infrastructure
PiVerify is not starting from scratch. It leverages the KYC infrastructure developed by Pi Network, which has already verified over 18 million users in over 200 countries and territories, enabling significant real-world deployment on a global scale.
3. AI combined with a decentralized human verification network
Instead of relying solely on AI and centralized review teams, PiVerify continues to leverage the hybrid model pioneered by Pi Network, combining AI with a decentralized network of human validators. This approach differs from most current KYC providers.
Of course, traditional KYC companies still have their own strengths. They have years of experience serving banks and large corporations and hold internationally recognized certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001 and eIDAS.
What makes PiVerify particularly interesting is that it is much more than just a KYC service.
Pi Network is transforming its KYC infrastructure into Identity Verification as a Service (IVaaS), enabling Web2 and Web3 businesses to integrate human identity verification, fraud prevention and Sybil resistance through a unified platform.
If Pi Payments aims to become the digital identity verification infrastructure, PiVerify has the potential to become the digital identity verification infrastructure. This represents a significant milestone in Pi Network's evolution from a blockchain to a digital infrastructure provider for the global economy.

Please accept my sincere appreciation for your dedication, leadership, and hard work in serving your communities.
Friends,
Pi Network has provided us with a remarkable blockchain infrastructure. But technology alone cannot create prosperity.
Real value is created when people build businesses, support merchants, educate communities, and work together with integrity.
That is why the Global GCV Movement focuses on two important pillars: education and ecosystem development.
Education helps pioneers understand the correct information and avoid misinformation.
Ecosystem development transforms blockchain technology into real economic activity through merchants, products, services, and practical applications.
Today's cooperation between Vietnam and Thailand demonstrates exactly what decentralized collaboration should look like. Different countries, different cultures, different languages—but one shared vision.
We are not competing against each other.
We are growing together.
We are learning from one another.
And together we are building stronger communities.
I always say that the success of Pi Network depends on many conditions.
The Core Team has spent years building the technology, infrastructure, and compliance framework.
Now it is the responsibility of pioneers to build the economy.
No government, no exchange, and no single organization can build the ecosystem for us.
The future is built by pioneers.
Each merchant who accepts Pi.
Each volunteer who educates others.
Each developer who creates useful applications.
Each leader who serves with honesty and humility.
Every contribution matters.
Today, the strategic cooperation between Vietnam and Thailand sends a powerful message to the world—that international collaboration creates greater opportunities than working alone.
When countries share experience, resources, and ideas, we accelerate innovation and strengthen confidence throughout the entire ecosystem.
This is the true spirit of GCV: cooperation instead of conflict, service instead of self-interest, and long-term development instead of short-term speculation.
As we move forward, let us continue building bridges across Asia and across the world.
Let us encourage more merchants.
Let us educate more pioneers.
Let us develop more real-world ecosystems.
And let us demonstrate through our actions that unity, integrity, and collaboration are the foundation of sustainable success.
Finally, I would like to congratulate every organizer, volunteer, merchant, and pioneer who made this congress possible.
May the friendship between Vietnam and Thailand continue to flourish.
May this partnership become an example of international cooperation for the entire Global GCV community.
Together, let us connect value, spread confidence, and build a brighter future for generations to come.
Thank you very much.
One World. One Community. One Vision.
Thank you, and may everyone have a successful and inspiring congress.

Doris Yin 2026 Pi2Day Speech Part 1.
Hello, Global GCV Community, pioneers, GCV ambassadors, special envoys, and GCV warriors.
Happy Pi2Day!
How are you doing?
Right now in Toronto, Canada, it's about 10 o'clock in the morning. I know that in Asia, Pi2Day is almost finished.
So, how do you feel today? Do you feel confident? Do you feel happy? Or do you feel sad or disappointed?
Because I see some pioneers are angry, very upset, and disappointed. This has happened for many years. Every Pi Day and Pi2Day, a lot of pioneers wait and expect that the Core Team will announce some great news. Because misleading fake news always tells you, "Today is Pi2Day or Pi Day, great things will happen."
So many pioneers have been waiting for this day for a long time. That's why you feel discouraged. That's why you feel very sad and disappointed. I totally understand because you kept expecting and expecting.
Some people even claim that the United States government will pass some act, or that the United Nations will announce something. These are all fake news.
Please remember, all governments, the United Nations, and big companies have their official channels. We should not trust information from random social media because these governments, international organizations, public figures, and big companies have never authorized these people to announce anything on their behalf.
Also, the Core Team did not announce these things. So we should not expect them.
As I always say, we should focus on our own self-development so we don't waste our time. Continue to improve yourself. Focus on finding a job and work hard to earn money. This is very important.
Don't expect that right now you can suddenly receive money. Pay attention to your current work. Earn money to support yourself. Have enough money to pay your bills, feed yourself, and support your family. All of us have families, and all of us have responsibilities.
So please don't trust this kind of fake news and misleading information anymore. Put your feet firmly on the ground.
How about Pi Network?
Pi Network already has Open Mainnet. As I said, from my point of view, Open Mainnet is the technical layer. This is what I say, not what the Core Team says.
I believe there will be another stage—a value network. That means the economy has been built up, and the ecosystem has become mature. At that time, outside governments and companies can come because they can see the value, the opportunity, and the profit.
Right now, they are interested, but they don't want to take the risk. Because we haven't built up the foundation yet. How can they come? There is still risk if they support us now.
So what should pioneers do?
It's very simple.
You must believe in yourself, and you must stand together. We can handle it.
You must have confidence in ourselves. We are pioneers. Why are we called pioneers? Because we can achieve it. If we could not achieve it, the Core Team would not ask us to be pioneers.
A pioneer is not just a miner. A miner simply clicks the lightning button every day. That's the job of a miner.
But here, our job is not only mining because we are building an ecosystem. That's why we have responsibilities.
A lot of pioneers also wonder why their KYC or migration has not happened yet.
First of all, we have a very large population, right? So it is very normal that not everyone can have it right now.
Another reason, from my perspective, is because of the risk.
Look at the market price. The price is not something the Core Team can control. It is not something I, Doris Yin, can control either.
The market price is based on the collective behavior of millions of pioneers.
That is why we should focus on becoming responsible pioneers, building the ecosystem, creating value, and helping Pi Network develop into a strong and sustainable economy.
Thank you, everyone.
Happy Pi2Day!
