that day I also tested positive for covid, and now the bananas are in an unknown state on the counter downstairs; will they hold on until I’m unsick? or will they be so nasty sean throws them out. only time will tell. (2/2)
here’s my banana bread saga: I bought green bananas (all they had at trader joe’s) last week; they were ripe by Friday when I left for LA for the weekend; held on to peak ripeness until early in the week, and I thought Wednesday (WFH) would be a good day to make bread; (1/2)
