Important points to note:

▪️Immediate ceasefire between Iran, the US and allies, including an end to military operations in Lebanon.

▪️ US will lift naval blockades on Iran and withdraw all forces from the Iran's vicinity after the final deal.

▪️US to remove all sanctions on Iran, including UN-, IAEA-, and US-linked restrictions and sanctions.

▪️Iran to not procure, develop nuclear weapons. Issues related to enriched uranium will be resolved under IAEA oversight.

▪️US and partners to support Iran's reconstruction with a proposed $300 billion economic package.

▪️US to allow Iranian oil exports, banking transactions, insurance and related services.

▪️US would make available all frozen or restricted Iranian funds and assets immediately upon implementation of the MoU.
