پاکستان اور کشمیر میں شہیدوں کے مقدس خون کا رشتہ ھے۔ اس رشتے پہ حملہ کا ھر قیمت پہ دفاع کیا جائے گا۔ اختلاف اور سیاسی ڈائیلاگ مستند رویہ ھے۔ اس کے علاوہ جو رستہ اختیار ھو گا اسکے نتائج ھونگے۔

Ziyaretimde aziz kardeşlerim Suudi Arabistan Veliaht Prensi ve Başbakanı Muhammed bin Selman ve Pakistan Başbakanı Şahbaz Şerif’le bir araya geldik.

Bu vesileyle üç ülke olarak Ortak Savunma Anlaşması imzaladık.

Kolektif caydırıcılığı temel alan bu anlaşma, güvenlik ve savunma iş birliğimizin ilerletilmesine, savunma sanayisinde ortak projeler geliştirilmesine ve terörizmle mücadeleye katkı sağlayacaktır.

BM Şartı’nın 51’inci maddesinde tanımlanan savunma hakkını da teyit eden anlaşma, hiçbir ülkeyi hedef almadığı gibi bölgemizin huzurunu, refahını ve istikrarını amaçlayan tüm kardeş ülkelerin katılımına açıktır.

Türkiye, bölgesel sahiplenme vizyonu doğrultusunda çatışma ve krizlerin uluslararası hukuka saygı temelinde, diyalog ve diplomasiyle çözüme kavuşturulmasına yönelik ilkeli tutumunu kararlılıkla sürdürecektir.

Ziyaretimizin, istişarelerimizin ve imzaladığımız anlaşmanın tüm bölgemiz için hayırlara vesile olmasını Rabb’imden niyaz ediyorum.

Makkah Al-Mukarramah Summit for Joint Defence.

At the gracious invitation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the President of the Republic of Türkiye, H.E. Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, H.E. Mr. Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, paid a visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on 24 Safar 1448H, corresponding to August 7, 2026.

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister received H.E. the President of Türkiye, and H.E. the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, at Al-Safa Palace in Makkah, where the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Summit for Joint Defence was held, during which the distinguished relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Türkiye and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan were reviewed, along with a number of issues of mutual interest.

Guided by the longstanding historical ties among the three States, based on the enduring bonds of brotherhood and Islamic solidarity that unite them, and building upon their shared strategic interests and longstanding defence cooperation, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Türkiye, and H.E. Mr. Muhammed Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, signed the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement, reflecting the three States’ shared commitment to further strengthening their collective security and to promoting peace, security, and stability in the region and beyond, in pursuit of a secure and prosperous future.

The Agreement is intended to strengthen collective deterrence against any act of aggression, and stipulates that any armed attack against any one of the three States shall be regarded as an attack against them all. It further provides for the enhancement of all aspects of defence cooperation among the three States.

The core strength of this base camp lies in its internal stability, unity, and adherence to democratic values. Rebuilding public trust requires a genuine effort to address public grievances strictly through non-political, institutional channels, ensuring that peaceful assembly and open dialogue remain our sole mechanisms for resolving regional crises.
To bridge the gap between the public and state institutions, we need neutral, reliable, non-political, and dedicated Tehreek-e-Kashmir voices—unbiased figures whose sole allegiance is to the Kashmiri cause and human dignity. In this spirit of selfless service, Mushaal Hussein Mullick offers her blood and soul for a peaceful solution, recognizing that both sides confronting each other—our grieving public and our security forces—are our own people, our brothers, and our sons, and we have a sacred duty to save and protect every single life. Every Pakistani stands unwaveringly shoulder-to-shoulder with the Kashmiri people both from IIOJK and AJK. We cannot afford internal division; only a harmonious, peaceful, and resilient base camp can serve as the ultimate, morally unassailable voice for the final resolution of the Kashmir cause and the liberation of IIOJK.
