Ok so I’m starting to feel the results, even if I don’t see them (others say they do)
I upped my weight in Stronger with @C_M_Howard today and feel like I’m crushing workouts.
I’ve got 4 weeks to go until Miami
Goals in sight; 9 of 20 classes and 10 of 30 workouts done.

I took for granted how good of an instructor @C_M_Howard is. Always asks about injuries and always provides modification… @Equinox he’s a gem.

Beach season starts with a trip for my birthday in 44 days and this year I really want to be ready. The goal is to get in 30 workout in between now and then with at least 20 of them being in person classes… the push begins today!
