After the specified time (30 minute), there's still no further notification regarding the funds already paid. Does anyone have a similar experience with "Your booking didn't work..."? Is the refund process a deposit to the account or back to Shopee Pay?

hello @bookingcom I already paid accomodations for stays in chendela Yogyakarta. I didn't receive any of confirmation number or pin. I received "Your booking didn't work.." The option is to rebook (but 403 error page), the problems also the same with refund button

payment via shopee pay and success. I didn't receive any of the order number or pin they asked in app and website. They were aware that I already paid the stays accommodations based on the day and hotel names
