Advising everyone to not use @makemytrip or @makemytripcare for any bookings since they absolutely do NOT care. No help in terms of refunds/cancellations. They keep asking us to get a refund directly from airlines. Never using #makemytrip again.

Got played by @Chase! Booked tickets with the #sapphirepreferred card anticipating good trip insurance but received awful customer service! Aeroflot wouldn’t let us board a plane and Chase wouldn’t refund! Complete scams from both!

This was clearly a scam by @delta in India. customer service in the US was able to fix the problem within an hour. Thank you for good customer service Michael Keels

Rescheduled our tickets on Delta Air Lines from March 14 to March 16 due to medical reasons and #deltaairlines is unable to provide us with tickets. they are charging us rebooking fees even after the #Delta website allowed us to make the change online. What awful behavior!
