Fiber down in the Piedmont area of SC since 12:01am, and was a yoyo yesterday with only windows of uptime.

Can we get a timeline ETA of repair and a root cause?

I know I am not the only one experiencing this, as every former Lumos customer I know is too.

@gmail @gmail the user in question is being convinced that they need to send money repeatedly. They believe they are helping, not being scammed so I can't have them report it. I feel like this process ties my hands, even though I know a lot of the details.
