As of right now green tech is more efficient than every thing but nuclear, and its only going to get better. Innovation is driven by necessity, if we make it necessary to change it will happen

A Green New Deal will recreate that econ boon

It would help curb some harmful emissions short term, but long term the US would be able to set it self up the global producer and supplier of green tech and power.

The US would become the number producer and supplier of green tech; it would skyrocket the US economy in the long term and help the planet.
