Today in Accra, I signed a new @IFC_org partnership with @AbsaGhana to expand working-capital financing across Ghana’s cocoa value chain.

This will help licensed buying companies reach nearly 140,000 smallholder farmers and keep more capital flowing through one of Ghana’s most important sectors.
