いつもお世話になっております。
現在開催中の「BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN GOYANG」のチケット購入を試みておりますが、システムの重大な不具合により予約が困難な状況が続いております。
以下の不具合について、早急な調査とシステム改善を強く要望いたします。

【不具合の内容】
1. 長時間の待機列を経て予約画面（Seat Map）に遷移した後、座席エリアを選択しようとすると「403 ERROR: The request could not be satisfied」というエラー画面が表示され、強制的にページが中断される。

2. 座席選択画面が正常に読み込まれず、真っ白な状態で表示される。

【要望】
チケットの需要が非常に高いことは理解しておりますが、数時間にわたり待機し、ようやく順番が回ってきた段階でシステム側の制限（CloudFrontの設定等）によりアクセスが���断されるのは、公平な購入機会を損なうものです。
正当なアクセスが「Bot」や「攻撃」と誤判定されている可能性も考えられます。システムの設定を見直し、安定した予約環境を提供いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
何卒、迅速な対応をお願いいたします。
