@AmericanAir way to go. You have stranded a family with small kids without any luggage in the Bahamas. You “never checked your emails” to see that the luggage needed to be put on another flight. This is completely unacceptable

@AskLyft I was never picked up by a driver and watched them pull away in front of us, but still got charged in full. Lyft's automated help is saying I got picked up for 45s. Complete BS
