#RHUB305 For my cover letter I plan to specify why I want the position I am applying for. Maybe express my interest towards the company and how I’ve been following them for a while which would make me an ideal candidate. I don’t know how long is the appropriate length for it?

#RHUB305 The structure of your resume really makes a difference. When I opened up the resumes I saw them as if I were the recruiter. Some were more appealing than others. By placing important information at the top so recruiters can see will make it more effective in the long run
