1. visualize the dream. See it as the picture! And start calling it out

- Dead Bug
- Superman
- Dead Hangs
- Frog Jumps
- Turkish Get-Up
- Kegels Exercises
These are simple core-strengthening exercises that cure backache, decompress the spine and restore perineal muscle power.
These can be done at home.
Start slowly and progressively.
