We begin the day with a special workshop on legal writing by Deputy Director RSIL and Team Lead @clc_rsil, Ayesha Malik.
Participants learnt about constructing legal arguments coherently and articulately.
We kicked off Day 03 of #ILCC2023 Islamabad with a focus on International Humanitarian Law.
Ayesha Malik, Deputy Director RSIL Lahore, introduced the participants to the use of force, Article 2(4) of the UN Charter, the right to self-defence and humanitarian intervention under international law.
