@UtsavMo13326359 @HDFCERGOGIC In my case they have sent an email link to pay premium of two months and when paid they are saying it cant as the policy was lapsed due to their belated credit in spite of actual payment.

@rutvik_ Taken policy on monthly basis. Till the selling of policy everything was fine. ECS deducted for two months properly. Then for IIIrd month ECS deducted but not credited into policy. Making policy lapse. Now asking me to purchase again. Customer service is pathetic. At your peril.

@HDFCERGOGIC You are forcibly creating gap in cover by don't crediting the ECS amount in policy on time thereby making policy lapse.
