@British_Airways Not sure why you're sorry to hear it - you cancelled it and now we're stuck in a huge queue to try and check baggage to come home. Your whole operation is a joke and shouldn't be allowed to run.

@virginmedia signed up on the 28th sept for broadband. Told no engineer until 18th October. Fine, we'll wait and NOW it's moved to the 1st November. Working from home is not easy without internet. Please sort.
