there’s a concept on the rise on tiktok / ig rn that you’re going to want to test immediately
‘choose your partner for tonight’
it’s mostly creepy stories and uncanny vibes
the reason it works is because the second they commit to a character they have to find out what happens next
they're going to watch
the same characters appear often
so there's connection to them over different videos and story lines
retention is strong
it's an interactive experience with a new open loop choice every few scenes
“now decide if you follow or stay where you are…”
it counts down while you ‘decide’ then it decides for you anyway
i’ve been taking that concept and applying it to health brands
‘if you choose [path a]… you [problem]’
walk them through the timeline of what would happen if they choose X, what they already know to be true, their own interpretation said back to them
the second choice appears later as what happens if you choose the other path, the outcome
‘if you had chosen [path b]… x y z happens and [outcome]’
steal this format and profit before it gets rinsed
here's one we did for neuaura
a $100M founder told us his exact meta ads strategy on mic and my CPMs dropped 50% the same week. here's everything we covered:
1. bid caps are the meta ads cheat code nobody talks about. set your budget to something insane like $1M/day and your bid cap to the max CPA you'll accept. it signals to zuck you've got big balls and opens up the entire auction. my CPMs dropped 50% overnight and I went from burning cash at $1K/day to printing at sub 2 ROAS. if you're raw dogging meta with no bid cap you're lighting money on fire.
2. the $500/week creative team hack. post a job on upwork, get 50 replies, filter to 10 decent ones, pay each $50 for a paid test project. 7 will suck, 3 will be great. you just hired a full ad creative team for $150 in test costs. they care about their star rating so if they bomb you just ask for a refund. tom's pumping out 10-15 ads per week with this setup.
3. AI avatars are replacing UGC creators but most people are doing it wrong. don't just tell chatGPT "generate a girl in a park" — it looks AI as hell. screenshot a viral tiktok, feed it to chatGPT image gen, ask it to keep the same background and lighting but change facial features and clothing. the ads that convert are the ones you can't tell are AI.
4. I'm making $50K/mo from one SEO page. ranked for a top keyword in my industry, sold the #1 spot to a competitor for $14K/mo, put myself at #2, and filled slots 3-8 with affiliate offers pulling $5K/mo. plus $30K/mo from my own offer. one page. purely organic.
5. hire from pakistan. not a joke. $100/page shopify devs that are cracked. entire teams doing cashflow management. the philippines got complacent — pakistan and bangladesh are the new alpha. train them with claude, throw them in the deep end, and they'll 10x output because they have zero ego about using AI.
6. the best heuristic for teaching anyone AI: don't think, just ask. outsource your thinking but never outsource your knowledge. your VA doesn't need to be smart — they need to follow instructions and not have ego about asking a machine for answers. that combo beats a $150K/yr employee who "prefers to think with their brain."
7. AI layoffs are just starting. coinbase drama. cloudflare cut 2000 citing AI directly. the dream job kids — CS degree, S&P 500 company, mid six figures with options — they're the ones getting cut first. meanwhile landscapers, barbers, and locksmiths are thriving. tom is bullish on businesses that require hands.

Sora 2 consistent characters is absolutely insane 🤯
OpenAI just released the ability to create and save consistent characters in Sora 2.
And this changes *everything* for AI UGC ads.
Perfect for DTC brands & agencies who need the same creator across multiple videos in different scenes.
Here's why this matters:
Before this update, every Sora 2 video gave you a different person.
You couldn't build brand consistency or create multi-video campaigns with the same "creator."
Now you can:
→ Generate your ideal AI creator once (holding your product)
→ Save them as a consistent character in Sora 2
→ Tag that character in unlimited video prompts
→ Same person, different scenes (car, bathroom, outdoors, etc.)
→ Build entire UGC campaigns with one consistent face
Say "bye-bye" to spending $500 on a single UGC video.
What you can create:
→ Multi-video testimonial series with the same person
→ Before/after campaigns with consistent character
→ Product demo sequences that feel cohesive
→ Entire ad creative libraries with your "brand ambassador"
I recorded a 12-minute Loom showing the exact step-by-step process for creating consistent characters in Sora 2.

120k a month from ai videos made out of simple product photos
no studio
no actors
no ad team
→ you upload an image
→ ai creates a talking-head video explaining the pain point
→ product shots play behind the narration
these clips get millions of views and drive free ecom traffic daily
the setup turns any product into an endless video engine
i made a short guide showing the full workflow

You know what's fucking useless?
Most "market research."
It's why your copy sounds like AI.
It's why you're guessing.
Most mfs are out here building "customer avatars."
"My customer is Sarah."
"She's 35."
"She likes yoga and wine."
"Her pain point is 'not enough time'."
What a load of absolute shit.
You're guessing and half-assing your research.
And your copy sounds like it.
What should you do instead?
HUNT for pain points.
It's so fucking effective I should probably charge for this.
But I'm watching mfs butcher their sales pages all day and I'm sick of it.
So here's the method.
Here's what you actually do:
1 – Go where the pain is.
Stop looking at your competitor's homepage. Stop reading marketing blogs.
Go where people are actually complaining.
• Reddit (r/SaaS, r/Entrepreneur, whatever fits)
• Amazon reviews (filter by 1, 2, and 3 stars)
•YouTube comments on "how to" videos
• Quora questions
I'm looking for pure anger and frustration.
I'm pressing "control + F" and seaching "[problem] fucking sucks" or "I hate [product category]" or "why is [task] so hard".
I want the unfiltered, emotional, "I'm about to punch my monitor" rants.
2 – Steal their exact words.
Very rarely do I edit their pains.
In most cases...
I find a golden snippet, and just copy paste it into my copy.
That's your headline. That's your hook.
That's the entire angle.
Your job isn't to be a "creative" writer.
You don't create pains or desires.
You just find them.
Understand them.
And amplify them.
3 – Find the real objections.
Stop guessing what's stopping them from buying.
Go find proof.
Again... press "control + F" and search:
"I was going to buy, but..."
You'll get all the objections they actually use:
"...but it looked too complicated to set up."
"...but I wasn't sure if it worked for freelancers like me."
"...but the pricing page confused the shit out of me."
This is gold.
This is what you answer throughout your copy.
This is what you overcome in your sales page.
This is what you hammer in your emails.
Copy becomes stupidly easy when you do it this way.
You're just grabbing the exact words your prospects are using... And handing them back.
They read it and think: "Holy shit. This guy gets me."
That's the whole game.
I'm doing this for a client selling a 100k service.
His old copy was "Reduce [X pain point], protect your [important thing], and get access to [dream state]"
I would've shown you the headline had I not signed the NDA.
But trust me... it was fucking garbage.
I spent 2 days just pain-hunting.
Rewrote his sales page using only the rants I found.
His response?
"Man, this is raw. It's like you read their minds."
His CVR went through the roof.
Not an exaggeration.
Stop trying to be a poet.
Stop filling out avatar worksheets.
Just shut up, go find what people are actually saying, and show it back to them.
That's how you write copy that actually sells.

Non-ecom habits that helped me massively in ecom:
1 ) Hit the gym
2 ) Caffeine addiction
3 ) Cut down on alcohol
4 ) Quit doomscrolling
5 ) Stopped taking advice from everyone
6 ) Became a consistent mfer
These scaled me to $35K/day.
Try em out.
My brand is on track to hit $20M+ this year
That wouldn't have been possible without pumping out high converting AI video ads
The brands crushing it this Q4 aren’t just using AI.
They’re training it. Learning proper project setup on (claude) mastering how to prompt clear instructions
compiling an in-depth context + domain library etc.
I recorded a 20-min video breaking down EXACTLY how we do it.
Like + RT + comment “AI” (must follow) & I’ll DM it.
