@fandompulse Forget for one minute the woke/non-woke debate. Must every modern movie based on a comic/animated series/videogame be riddled with jokes that downplay any dramatic tension or emotional attachment to the situation you're witnessing? Even kids want to feel something eventually
@RealLifeFakeWiz You nailed it. I've only seen the trailers, and I like what they're going for...except for the cringe humor that ages badly the moment you've seen the joke once (and that's for the GOOD jokes). I won't hate on the movie or anything but I will not be running to the cinema either.

@wabisabiReQ It was a monumental disappointment. I'd rather have something existing entirely in the past, even forgotten, than resurrected as a decaying corpse such as this series.
@jujuman404 Pretty accurate. Still an all-timer; other series could only dream of having that first half and then a second half that's noticeably weaker yet still fun.
@polypterus3cat It will always hurt. Authors should really have some kind of plan B when for whenever reason they don't feel like finishing their decades-old works.
@Fake_Book___ (2/2) outside of Japan, most collectors are gravitating towards third parties companies and even official ones such as Jada Toys & Storm Arena: people aren't stupid and the current economy forces you to make better choices with your money.
@Fake_Book___ 100% correct. This also applies to SHF & Figma in particular. The thing is, we understand the concept of inflation, but we also understand the quality hasn't exactly gone upwards at the same rate as the asking price of said products. This is why (1/2)
