In celebration of International Non-Binary People's Day, here are some of my favorite photographs from Kaleidoscope: Portraits of Non-Binary Resilience.
A project that celebrates the beauty, strength, and resilience of non-binary people through portraiture and color.
this is the kind of world we’re building at Planet Lukukul.
one where creators don’t have to break themselves to be seen.
because rest is not the opposite of ambition. it’s part of it.
if you read this far, we want you to know that our 3rd season is in progress and is currently up on @Artizen
we co-create an everlasting story with new cohorts of creators with different skills
https://t.co/mN5EEMIlo5
over the weekend, we hosted another Planet Lukukul bootcamp.
however, this one was different. we called it “the anti-exhaustion hangout”.
a lot of creators are tired. burnt out.
forced to constantly produce just to stay visible.
we want to explore something else:
This is some of my work. My photographer friend, @the_ballington invited me to create this look on my beautiful friend, @qarr__ and I had such a fantastic time painting on this gorgeous gorgeous resplendent dark skin.

I am trying to frame this properly but it almost like you all were waiting for popular feminists accounts to ‘fail’,
None of these women uloma, kiki mordi, Ozzy and moe were accused of any abuse. At worst, gossip which we all do.
But it was so embarrassing how you all piled on them today and tried to reduced the work they have done for years, the entire time ignoring the abuser.
There’s no evidence these women knew of the abuse, none of them lived with him, but we(feminists) were so quick to punish women for the crime of an abuser. Suddenly men don’t lie or act progressive when they know you won’t stand for it.
The worst? The way feminist were insulting each other, the tone of interactions, there was no grace just hostility, subs and assumptions.
Everything was so distasteful.
Maki knew this and weaponized it brilliantly. You people focused on shooting feminists not the abuser today.
Omor. The things I have read on the TL today are sooo appalling. It will be such a shame if Ikoyi PDiddy doesn’t foju ba ile ęjø with all the evidence of his degeneracy.
This lesbophobic, serophobic, zoophilic, statutory rapist, cisheterosexual man is whom you people were coming to insist is queer. God will punish you and all you love. Rubbish.
You come to Mide On Skin as you are, and you leave as poetry. That is my legacy.
Welcome to my journey as a beauty artist.
I look forward to you being my next muse and I can’t wait to share all my stunning creations with you. 💕💚

With time, I realized that I am a greedy babe and I want to share this with many moreee people, I want to create on as many faces as possible because we all have really unique features and there are so many possibilities. I am not here to make you look like someone else.
I love experimenting with colours on the face. I see the human face as an art canvas with so many beautiful possibilities to attain.
I especially enjoy doing eye makeup. I started makeup with myself as my first canvas and then, I started to do makeup for the people that I love
On my beauty artistry: I do editorial makeup, event makeup, makeup for shoots and looks that specifically match the style of my clients. Whether you are an Alternative or Goth baddie, or you just want a simple “no makeup make up” look, Ę pe “Mide on Skin”, I got you. 💕
