@Niaworld_ng@HarmlessHQ Well Nigeria is not moving backwards, as we've had better yesterdays, Nigeria has derailed from path of growth and development, to serve and to further enrich/empower the ruling class and a group of elites.
This is totally false. The total sum for the contract for the supply and installation of all-in-one SOLAR-POWERED streetlights across strategic locations in Oyo State is β¦1,004,006,787.64. For clarity, that is N1B. At no time did the OYSG award a contract for 1,300 SOLAR-POWERED streetlights for N28B. The contract, which was awarded for N28B, is phase 2 of the Light-Up Oyo project, a hybrid (not solar-powered) system which covers 223.48 km of roads across Oyo State. Please clarify information from the Oyo State Government Feedback accounts in future before spreading disinformation online next time.
Nigeria is the home of absurdities in the world.
The salary of the president on paper is 1,500,000 ($997)
Nomination form: 100,000,000 ($71,000)
Salary of Governor on paper: 900,000 ($640)
Nomination form: 50,000,000 ($35,000)
You then wonder why corruption is rife!!!
No they are not lazy, they are deliberate about it, they'd rather continue to make money while managing the problems, than solve it to empower the people they want to keep under chains.
Electricity supply is the backbone of industrialization and innovation, we have gone from bad to worse in that aspect. No company that manufactures goods will thrive with the abysmal power supply we are having today.
The guys in government are too lazy to come up with a plan, so they just leave everything to their Chinese & Lebanese friends to continue shipping and filling our markets with below-quality products.
@prophetswitch I'll have to correct what you said about the APC which is inaccurate, you said "APC has come to loot", well let it be clear that the APC has come to steal, to kill and to destroy.
And they're already doing a great job.
