Slightly deeper implant for lifetime management purposes. Although im concerned for grafts, unlikely they will be obstructed by SEV. If they are then will opt for BEC as 2nd choice.

Exactly! IVUS showed moderate calcification thus no further modification needed. Stent deployed was 4.0 mm but potdil to 5.5 in proximal segment based on IVUS measurements.

Stented distal segment with 3.0 mm stent, overlapped with 4.0 mm stent and third 4.0 mm in proximal segment of vessel. Post dilation done with 4.5 mm NC and 5.5 mm NC at approx 16-18 atm.
