Paid my broadband bill on 12-Dec-2025. Was assured my new plan would auto-activate on 4-Jan-2026 after expiry on 3-Jan.

Did NOT happen.

On 4-Jan (WFH day) my internet was dead. Called billing 20+ times from 9:30 AM–7 PM.
