Telangana AICC In-charge and a hardcore Gandhi loyalist Meenakshi Natarajan filed nomination as Congress candidate for Rajya Sabha in Madhya Pradesh.

Her nomination was rejected!

Why?
A case registered against her in Congress ruled Telangana was not mentioned in the nomination.

BJP candidate Mahesh Kewat raised the objection because of the missing details of case against Meenakshi Natarajan.

Congress is arguing that in the said case, FIR wasn’t filed, just a show cause notice was given. Did the grand old party Congress, not know how to file a nomination?

Or was something much sinister at play?

The case was filed in Telangana & CM Revanth Reddy is also the Home Minister.
Did he not have information?
And how did the BJP leaders know how to use this case?

VIDEO | Parliament winter session 2025: Congress MP Sasikanth Senthil (@s_kanth) said, "Yesterday it was, there was a discussion on the bill, the Central Access Amendment Bill. There is a slight background to this whole thing. When the GST was brought in, there was a compensation which was offered by the centre if the states incurred a loss in their revenue. So, for that, there was a cess put on some sin goods called the compensation cess. Now that was for five years, and in between the revenue loss and other things, the centre could not pay. So they requested, or they even asked the state governments to take a loan from outside to compensate... Yesterday, there was a proposal to waive away that cess and bring in a new cess through the Central Access Act. The discussion was on, I made a statement that this whole GST has been a constant confusion, adding, subtracting and what commitments are made, constantly being changed. When there is a cess put on the country for five years, then it should be five years."
