This is not primarily @chennaicorp's fault, but @tnmaws's. The department must have ensured #Reservations in the WardCommittee Members nominations in the Rules notified itself. Then it would have been followed by all ULBs including GCC, Right @KN_NEHRU, @mkstalin? +

The list published by GCC on the website are the ward committee members.

Area sabha members are all voters from the particular area!
