Looks like @makemytripcare @makemytrip don't care about their customer experiences. They asked to share details about the query raised and when I did give them proper information, there hasn't been a reply since then. Extremely unsatisfied with the pathetic services!

How to go about this one? Customer care doesn't even address this properly. Looks like one should look for alternatives to this kind of service.
