For all the women out there, I request you all to take a @rapidobikeapp cab over an @UberIN_Support cab any day. Otherwise you will also end up like me, seeking redressal from Uber but they will keep ignoring you. And mind you all, this was an Uber premier in which all this happened, imagine things that can go wrong in an uber go.

I wish had also taken a @rapidobikeapp cab the other day, would not be going through this today. BTW, its been a week today that I took this uber cab and since then life hasn'e been teh same. Thanks to @UberIN_Support and their shameless behaviour.

For those who don't know, a quick gist of what happened: An uber driver filmed me without my constent when i was in his cab and uploaded it on his instagram, got millions of views and comments. Have been trying to reach uber since then, but they are uber cool to give a damn about this.

And not just this, this guy does this is what I realised looking at his instagram profile. His profile is full of female passengers' videos. Only female passengers. The other poor women have no idea, I got to know because the reel he put up of me went viral. Attaching a few screenshots of him, blurring women's faces.

@UberIN_Support Hey @UberIN_Support you have been consistently ignoring my posts though I have tagged you a 1000 times, if you are really concerned about your customer experience, might as well address their concerns?

@Cyberdost I am shocked by the kind of grievance mechanism the portal has. I have tried over 7 times to file a complaint on cyber crime portal, but the performance of the website is consistently bad. How is someone supposed to take an action if this is how the website is?

The portal exists for no good reason, because you will fail miserably while filing a complaint. Is is possible to reach out to you all @Cyberdost in any way? The video attached is for everyone to see how messed up it is to raise 1 complaint on this website.

@noidapolice if women safety is really important I would really ike for you to intervene. Because, I don't see it as one of the priorities of the system.

On 11 April 2026, I was recorded by an Uber driver without my knowledge or consent. The video was uploaded on Instagram on 12 April and went viral (~1.9M views), exposing my identity and causing harassment, reputational damage, and severe mental distress.

@vamsh9i I am purely disappointed looking at ignorance of these service providers. And don't just that, even filing a cyber crime complaint online is a challenge.
