@EtharaAI terminated my internship 14th May, promised full & final settlement by 7th June. It's 11th June and zero payment, zero communication.

The email says "full & final settlement will be processed" no date mentioned, no amount mentioned. When I asked, complete silence. No reply to emails, no calls answered.This is not a performance issue. This is a planned mass exit to avoid paying interns.

The termination reason? A vague "Quality Assessment" score 55/80. No rubric shared. No prior warning. No appeal process. And I'm not alone, they terminated their ENTIRE intern batch the same way. Same email. Same score format.
