Anyways, we don’t necessarily have to meet clinical definitions for cure for cancer to be a non-issue, but I get your point.

@irat1onal @EvanLuthra Fair point, but cancer approvals don’t rely on 5 yr remission(they rely on how long the cancer stays from getting worse). And longevity trials generally use biomarkers/disease incidence, not lifespan. Protocols from 2010 won’t/don’t apply in 2026. Nonetheless, interesting times…
