@CarMax I brought my car in for service on 8/5. The issue wasn't fixed, so I brought my car in again on 8/16. I haven't seen my car in EIGHT WEEKS. I have called repeatedly but have received little to no pertinent updates from your team. Where is my car? This is unacceptable.
