just finished building my pi code harness. it has pretty much everything i need:
> Orchestrator + agents
> Main coordinator + worker subagents
> TUI as i prefer
> Native memory layer
> MCP servers wired in for the tools I actually use
still plenty more to add, but the harness has now reached what i currently use my opencode plugin for
Let’s start cooking
my first outbound campaign taught me an expensive lesson
spent way too much time and tokens before realizing how important it is to define your ICP, offer, messaging, and the details around them properly
you'll iterate as you go, but having clarity upfront can save you from wasting time optimizing the wrong things
lesson learned
onto the next one
so i was looking at a junior's project today. he said he built an AI full stack project
i explored it and realized how people are using AI for literally everything these days. just give the LLM everything and expect it to figure things out
people are integrating AI into products just for the sake of it, when not every product even needs AI
it made me think about how important it is to know where AI is actually needed and where things can be handled deterministically
I think I found a good outreach approach for my ICP
The goal isn't to immediately pitch. It's to get the lead into a conversation.
The workflow:
1. Enrich the lead beyond basic firmographics
Find personal/contextual signals: recent posts, projects, hiring, product changes, interests, etc.
2. Use those signals to create a genuine reason to connect
The first message should feel relevant to them, not like a disguised sales pitch.
3. Let the conversation surface the pain
Ask, listen, and understand what they're actually dealing with.
4. Find the pitch window
If their pain maps to what I can solve → make the offer while the context is fresh.
5. No pain? Don't force it.
End the conversation properly and keep the relationship.
The interesting part:
You don't optimize for replies by writing a better cold pitch
You optimize for better context before the pitch
Pausing outreach for now
Getting replies is one game, turning them into conversions is another
Spending the next week fixing the first impression + tightening the outreach system now that I understand more than just the tech side
3–4 days of fucking around taught a lot
LinkedIn gotta be the shittiest experience I’ve ever had after getting a premium of an app
Wdym my profile views went up by 20, but the viewer list is still showing the same old people?
And then it tells me "someone from this video viewed your profile"
BRO WHO???
What’s the point of telling me someone viewed my profile if you’re not even gonna tell me who?
The only good thing is the invitation notes are unlimited
For the last 3 days, ive been building an outreach system and it has improved significantly over time
what initial messages spark interest and lead to reply
what follow ups make people reply
what i discovered is that you just need quality leads over quantity and once you get their attention, the chances of converting the lead increases significantly
Experimenting a lot, will write a article when i feel like the system is decent enough 😁

@TarunyaKesh idk man either they are getting every piece of information about life, or they just have some out of the box technology in their recommendation engine
Bro how does the Instagram algo even work
Had a random thought in my head, didn’t say it out loud didn’t google it didn’t even type it anywhere except one message in a chatGPT temporary chat
Now I’m getting Reels about that exact thing 😭
