Now i return to @MTNza @MTN Umhlanga, with my box, now I am told I need an invoice, but they will print it, but they can't book in my phone, after 6 months I need to go to Samsung directly to fix. What's the point of taking a contract with MTN?

@MTNza I tried sending my contract phone in for repairs today, apparently I need the box with everything in it before it can be booked in. I don't recall anyone telling me this when we took out the contract. Is this MTNs way of ensuring they don't need to repair phones.

This is a work contract and I will be sure to port to a different network once the contract period is over.
Counter staff at MTN Pavilion sit there so glibly and say it's MTNs policy and not there's, so they can't assist. Customer service out the windown with MTN

@FNBSA I had a debt cover taken out without my permission,I tried to cancel on email, advised to call the callcentre,I called them and they say they have cancelled it but can't tell me exactly why this was taken out, I asked for the complaints dept, he said ok, then call dropped.
