🚨 Matheus Cunha’s message to Man United fans: “I feel like inside of us, we still have a lot of trust, we know what we do”.
“We know we need to improve earlier, because last season we improved later”.
“So imagine if we improve earlier this season, something good can come”.
@BSAT_Properties A house painted white is more subseptible to repainting than grey. How many house owners would want to repaint their repaint a 4 storey building approx. every year?
I have noticed something around a street next to mine.
Two phone accessory shops are side by side.
One has a phone repair technician right in front. The other doesn't.
Guess which one attracts more people.
Many walk in to fix their phones and end up buying a charger, earpiece, screen guard, or power bank.
It made me think.
If you sell generator parts, have a mechanic close by.
If you sell paint, have a painter customers can hire.
If you sell building materials, connect buyers with reliable bricklayers or plumbers.
Sometimes, people come for the service and leave with the product.
There's a reason most bars and clubs allow "ladies" in when men are already high.
At that time, beauty is no longer in the eyes of the beholder but "beer-holder."
The best marketing isn't always more advertising.
Sometimes, it's making your business the easiest place to solve a problem.
Don't just sell products. Build an ecosystem around what you sell.
@kena_ewuru I don’t even need to explain my No to you cos if you had an iota of sense you would know that some things are permissible but not expedient and if you fuck around, you will find out why dem Dey call me “stubborn goat”.
@Mrcrucified@instablog9ja One irony of life is that humans are generally unpredictable, and there is no-one-fits-all for different circumstances. In response to this, I will leave you with NED X REGINA.
Honestly… it’s scary out here.
A young person finishes school, gets posted, serves, comes back, and suddenly Lagos is asking for almost ₦10 million just to start breathing.
Rent alone can wipe out ₦3–₦5m once you add agent, caution, and advance.
Basic furniture, small fridge, gas, mattress, another ₦2m is gone.
Laptop, phone, data, power, you’re pushing ₦1m.
Then food, transport, random emergencies… life keeps happening.
And after all this, the same system offers you ₦150k–₦250k salary and says be patient.
Patient for what, exactly?
An economy where graduates can’t afford adulthood is not a healthy one.
The truth is simple: the cost of life has completely divorced income.
The future doesn’t feel exciting to many young people anymore.
And until we stop pretending everything is fine, this problem will only get worse.
@MindOfHeadking You didn't lose her; you lost a liability.
The math is simple: her presence was a cost center draining your peace, capital, and focus.
Her absence is the profit
The ultimate ROI isn't finding another, it's realizing you were already holding the winning ticket: your freedom
