Oil theft. Vessel burning totally wrong. Tompolo sacrifices dis one out of many to safe his job. Degradation & pollution of our water and environment. Vessel could have been seized for state use. Owners could be arrest, prosecuted & incarcerated to deterring others. My opinion.
