@ManaByte That’s what AI is for. Asha is going to leverage Copilot as much as possible to create a ton new exclusives and make them available on gamepass. AI brings the cost and time to produces games pretty wildly

@Fardel_@hotiiofficial Which going to my original point, was all about staying the same body weight and recomp. I don't think you should have beginners immeidately cut or bulk - thats something you add once you plateau or get bored and want to try something new.
@Fardel_@hotiiofficial I guess if you're looking at it as maintenance is anchored to body fat % I can see where you're coming from, but I've always thought of maintenance being anchored to body weight. With excess energy reserves you can eat maintenance calories (anchored to bw) build muscle n lose fat
@Fardel_@hotiiofficial So energy intake = expenditure which results in no change in weight right? How do you reconcile staying at the same bodyfat, with energy intake = expenditure, and making strength gains?

@Fardel_@hotiiofficial I just went through this though - all lifts increasing week to week on weight or reps as an intermediate / advanced lifter. Strongest I've every been and my body weight has stayed the same. So how can you gain strength, stay the same body weight, and also stay the same bf %?
