Laura and I are saddened to learn of the passing of our dear friend, Linda Barber.

Linda was a dedicated leader in the Pima County Republican Party and someone who cared deeply about our community and the people around her.

I’ll always remember that in 2008, Linda and I were at a Pima GOP meeting when I suddenly got “the call” from Laura telling me the baby was as coming. Linda told me “get out of here young man!” Like so many moments over the years, Linda was always there and supportive for us.

Grateful for Linda’s friendship, her leadership, and the example she set for so many. Laura and I are keeping her family and loved ones in our prayers during this difficult time.

May she rest in peace. 🤍

The proposed anti-school choice initiative would disrupt the education of 20,000 ESA students with special needs (who make up 20% of scholarship recipients), taking back scholarship funding already awarded to their families. That's not right. Decline to sign!

Our members are enjoying a well-deserved summer break after completing their final exams, but that hasn’t slowed down our civic engagement. Last month, we stayed busy with a variety of activities: from outreach with @AzFRW to collaborating with LDs on local campaigns.

Congratulations to our graduates Danielle, Lance, and Myles! We wish them all the best as they head off to college, and especially to Lance as he begins his mission in the Philippines.
