Service failure from @getscapia, @FederalBankHelp. You say zero forex & seamless payments, but your Visa network declines EVERY transaction with reputed merchants - local & global. All payments are failing while you say the card is "active." Absolutely unacceptable. Fix this NOW.

@scapiasupport You keep on repeating the same thing and I keep on telling you the Visa’s RTD processing made an error and now my card is blocked.

Is my card made active? I tried other reputed merchants (Amazon) and the payment keeps failing. This is absolutely worst service! #scapiasucks

@getscapia @FederalBankLtd @FederalBankHelp - The transaction was done by me! The websites were genuine! It was a mistake by VISA by their RTD (Real Time Decision) processing nd now I am not able to do any transactions!  What’s the point of having a card if I cannot use it!

I’ve recommended @NivaBupaSupport many people. Today, I’m disappointed.

My policy has NO room-rent cap, yet my full room charges haven’t been approved.

Simple question: Under which EXACT policy clause was the amount restricted?

Please quote the clause. No generic replies.
