HELL EXPERIENCE AT DOUBLETREE HILTON KL

Last Saturday I booked 12 rooms at @DoubleTree KL for my sister’s 21st birthday. Months ago, we requested 2pm check-in sebab event starts at 5pm and requested all rooms on the same floor. They said can, no issue. So we paid in full.

@alhaalfaHQ @alhaalfa Is this really how you handle your business? Because as a customer, this feels like being completely dismissed 😤👎🏻

[azie.e @azieeee_]

Hi @alhaalfa @alhaalfaHQ , I’ve emailed your team (and you) regarding a very frustrating issue with my recent order RM320.90 for 11 concealers but only 1 arrived. No urgency, and I had to chase for updates for 10 days. I hope you can check the email and take this seriously.

[azie.e @azieeee_]

@alhaalfaHQ So tell me where else should I express my frustration? @alhaalfa @alhaalfaHQ
I’ve tried everything, seller chat, customer service email, the founder’s email, DM, and even X. Still all ignored.

There are two types of evil in this world.

Those that do evil and those that see evil and don't do anything to stop it.

Iran officially becomes the first muslim country to strike Israel and did a significant damage to Israeli infrastructure.

It will be written in history when the all muslim countries were bowing to the US

An 86 year old man Ali Khamenei decided to fight rather than bowing down
