🦞Big update from our side: we’ve started using OpenClaw as a real collaborator inside our dev workflow.

Not “AI that writes text” — an assistant that can:

• follow ongoing engineering threads,
• summarize decisions and blockers,
• open PRs / coordinate reviews,
• and keep everyone aligned across tools (Slack, GitHub, docs).

The best part: it doesn’t replace the team — it reduces the overhead that slows teams down (context switching, chasing updates, repeating the same explanations).

We’re just getting started, but this already feels like a step-change in how we ship.

If you’re building with distributed teams and too many moving parts, I’d love to hear what you’d automate first.

I went through and asked Claude to perform a Moats Audit for our app https://t.co/2A1Da3Kt7L and found some really helpful insight we should work on.

For workflow ownership, one of the suggestions is: Ship pre-built formula templates for common merchant workflows: seasonal pricing, multi-supplier cost averaging, low-stock auto-reorder triggers, bundle inventory management

Which I really like.
