@TalkTalkBizCare Maybe Talk Talk business is more efficient than its residential customer service. If so, can I contact it instead of spending hours and hours trying to get some sense out of algorithms and being told an expert will help me. They didn't. .
@TalkTalkBizCare If Talk Talk's business service is anything like its residential I wouldn't bother. Just spent all afternoon trying to get resolution for overpriced bill. Still no satisfaction. If your business is into inefficient bots then go for it. ,
@TalkTalk Spent all this afternoon trying to get resolution to my queries re overpriced bill/ payment for a cancelled Unlimited calls boost, I hv given up. I hv been with Talk talk for many years - it used to be accessible when in started. Bots rule. Time to switch.

@TalkTalk What service? I don't live in these areas but can't find a way to talk to a human re Talk Talk's overcharging me My latest bill is £62 for Fibre 150 - including a £16 charge for a boost option which I have cancelled as I don't have a landline phone any more.
@NatWest_Help Cora is useless. Waiting ages on phone. No online service. What happened to human beings? I have applied for a credit transfer. Am told by text Im getting a credit card, which isn’t the same. I want an interest free transfer. Do I have to trudge all the way to NatWest branch?
@TalkTalk Why am I being charged for Fibre 500 when I am being billed for Fibre 150 which is £28. My last two monthly bills has gone up £10 to £56. I am due for an explanation and refund. Talk talk users should check their bills.
