@VandyonTigers Agree, esp the part about hitting. Just watched Will Clark blowing up on a podcast about why he couldn't be a manager. He said he cannot watch you go up there hit .200 and strike out 100 times a year and pat you on the back and say nice job.
I was playing golf near the approach to Davis Montana AFB yesterday and saw this bad boy up close twice yesterday. Pic is from wikipedia obviously because I couldn't grab my phone for a picture quick enough!
@RSE_VB I'd volunteer. I would also be afraid and summoning up every ounce of training, experience and courage to land a jet on the ship - every single time! Respect!
@BuzzPatterson@usairforce Not a pilot or engineer. I know a little about thrust and lift. But I am gonna need somebody to tell me (like I am 5yoa) how that plane or the C5, 777, B52 etc. can even get off the ground!
@RSE_VB I often play golf near Davis Monthan AFB in Tucson. We see all kinds of airplanes. If paired up with strangers sometimes I use these lines, "that is the sound of freedom" or "the air show is free".
@MrLeadslinger Americans love to argue about our guns. With training, an optic on your handgun will make you a quicker on the first and follow up shots as well as more accurate.
@policelawnews This is an unreasonable use of force (Graham v Conner). The facts stated do not include any information that shows suspect is violent or wanted for a violent crime. City and Officer will likely settle or get crushed at trial in civil suit if and when one if filed.
